Berkeley City Council delays vote whether to expand Flock Safety surveillance system

Well folks, it looks like our Berkeley City Council has hit the pause button on that vote about expanding the Flock Safety surveillance system. We'll have to wait a bit longer to hear what's happening with it right here in our community.
